How we work the truck
The NJDRP Way
Twelve years in. Thorough and fair is the standard — evaluate that before you go with cheaper or faster.

Two-hour diagnosis
We diagnose each complaint in two-hour intervals. Before we go past those two hours, you get an update on what we found and the scope of where we are going. If we have not located the problem in two hours, we stop and talk. If we find it in less than two hours, you pay what we have into it.

Authorize the repair
We then send an estimate through our digital authorization portal. We help you decide what is critical now and what can wait. We recommend where your budget is best allocated so real money goes back in your pocket. OEM or aftermarket — whichever best suits the truck and the job.

Deposit, then parts
Once we have your authorization, parts go on order after we receive the deposit. The deposit is based on the size and scope of each job. Nothing gets ordered on a guess.

You stay in the loop
Use the portal for the status of your truck, or call, text, or ask for a daily email. Our goal is to keep you current on progress, delays, and hiccups. This is where most shops fail. They get the original quote authorized and then blow the job out of the water. We keep strict records so you are up to date on every step.

Complimentary final inspection
When the approved work is done, NJDRP runs an internal final inspection. No charge. Another technician drives the truck and inspects the repairs so nothing was overlooked. That can take a half hour up to a couple of hours, depending on the size of the job. Not everything goes perfectly — this is how we make sure you get the truck back in better operational status, with no surprises.

Satisfaction of work
We will always look at the truck if you feel something is related. Not every item is. Sometimes repairing one thing compounds another. Our job is to catch that before it leaves the shop.
