How a mobile call runs
The NJDRP Way
We come to the truck. The price to roll is clear before our service truck leaves.

The request
We take the call, the email, or however the mobile request comes in. You get the price for us to come to the site, and a two-hour diagnostic window only if the truck needs one. A $500 deposit is in before our service truck leaves.

On your schedule
We come out when it works for you. Most mobile work is off peak hours. Emergency and night service is available.

Repair it there, or price the rest
After diagnosis we either finish a repair we can do from the service truck, or we come back with updated pricing and get your approval. A down truck gets rescheduled so we can get back as soon as we can. If the truck is still working, we set the return when it fits you.

You stay in the loop
You stay in the loop the entire time. What we found, what it costs, and when we are coming back.

Checked before we leave
The technician looks over their own work before they leave the site.

Satisfaction of work
The work is guaranteed. If something tied to the repair does not sit right, we come back and look at it.
